Current demonstration

The payment demo creates no order, reservation or subscription. You can change selections, reset the page or close it without a cancellation fee or refund process.

Future real orders

Contact support@soulzeno.com or +1 4487997589 as soon as possible with the order number and the change or cancellation requested. We will check the order’s acceptance, preparation and dispatch status. Once an order has been accepted, a requested change may no longer be possible; there is no guaranteed 24-hour cancellation window.

Withdrawal and return rights

Contractual cancellation limits do not override mandatory rights. Qualifying EU and UK distance purchases may be withdrawn within 14 days after delivery, subject to applicable exceptions. After dispatch, follow the process on our returns and refunds page, including the relevant return and reimbursement deadlines.

Customised products

Items made to a customer’s personal specification may be excluded from change-of-mind withdrawal where the law allows. Rights for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods remain available.
